COUNSELLING & TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS
I work with: Adult individuals, couples, young people (16+) and groups.
I work from a humanistic standpoint. This means I trust the ability of everybody to self-heal. My role is to facilitate healing by offering a place of understanding and empathy for my clients’ experiences, and providing psychoeducation if required. I specialise in transactional analysis.
Therapy modes offered: In room, online, walk and talk and blended modes.
