I work with: Adult individuals.
My main approach is relational and integrative counselling, which means I keep the relationship at the heart of the work and use a range of counselling tools in sessions based on what you might need. I work with individuals who suspect or have diagnosed ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD myself in 2023.
Therapy modes offered: In room, online and by phone.
Supervision: I offer supervision to other professionals.
