I work with: Adult individuals and young people (16+).
I facilitate a journey of self-discovery through various therapeutic methods, tailoring therapy to individual needs and circumstances. I draw from a framework of different therapeutic models using them creatively and flexibly. I also offer creative ways of working to facilitate the expression of emotions and thoughts that cannot always easily be expressed by words alone.
Therapy modes offered: In room and online.
Supervison: I offer supervision to other professionals.
